Is every piece really one of a kind?
Yes. Each finished piece has its own combination of fibre, colour, stitch and hand-finished details. When a piece sells, it is not remade exactly.
What is the difference between a shawl and an oversized scarf?
A shawl is designed to drape across the shoulders. An oversized scarf is longer and narrower, made for wrapping, looping and layering.
How much is delivery?
Nothing extra. UK delivery is included in every price, and orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Made by Lilly delivers within the UK only.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and return postage is on me. Your refund is made within 14 days of the piece arriving back with me.
How do I care for a hand-crocheted shawl?
Gentle hand washing in cool water and drying flat keeps handmade crochet in shape. There is a full care guide in the journal.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
